Kore Books LLC Updated Terms and Conditions 2025

These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between Kore- Books and those who engage in our services or purchases our products.
By proceeding with the purchase of any of our services or products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined in this document.

1. Payment and Refunds
+ No refunds shall be issued for purchased goods like books or e- books. Any printing issues should be taken care of through Amazon and Amazon Kindle.
+ No refunds are given for Substack. Any Substack subscription related issues should be handled through Substack or Stripe.

2 Events
+ Online events hosted by 3rd parties are not to be recorded [unless otherwise specified by Robin or the event coordinator].
+ Online events hosted by Robin Korejko or Kore Books affiliates can be recorded and re-shared as long as credit is given to Robin and Kore Books as the original content creator.
+ In-person events, such as readings at libraries, or schools, can be recorded with permission from the students, parents, and Robin herself.

3. General Disclaimer
+Our general disclaimer applies to all services and must be electronically signed by both Robin and the event coordinator(s)

6. Release of Liability
+ By purchasing any of our services or products, you automatically agree to all of our terms of service and agree to hold harmless the author, illustrator, facilitator, or the company Kore Books LLC.

7. Custom Programs
+ Robin no longer holds 1:1 sessions, however, any interest in events; like readings, or class appearances must be made via a zoom, e-mail, or phone consultation.

8. Payments
+ As of July 2025, all book payments are made through Amazon and any financial disputes must be made through Amazon and/ or Amazon Kindle.. Substack memberships can be purchased on the website through Stripe. Any payment issues must be made through Stripe. Any refund requests can only only be made through the hosting sites.
+ Any donations made through the website, PayPal, Stripe, or Venmo are non- refundable.

9. Privacy
+ Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. Any personal information shared during consultations, meetings, and or written exchanges will be kept confidential. You information will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

10. Intellectual Property
+ ANY and ALL stories, characters, illustrations, logos, and books are owned solely by Kore Books LLC and can NOT be redistributed without the permission of the owner or illustrator (Michael Korejko).
+ All materials and additional supplements / content provided through this website, Substack, and e- books are the intellectual property of
Kore Books LLC and verified Kore Books affiliates.
+ You herby agree as of the moment you enter this site or any KORE BOOK LLC affiliates NOT to reproduce, distribute, or share any materials without prior written permission. Any unauthorized use is prohibited. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share any materials without prior written permission. Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

11. Code of Conduct
+ Any form of verbal or on-line harassment will not be tolerated. Any acts of discrimination, or disrespectful behavior towards myself or others are grounds for immediate dismissal, and removal of any and all sites by blocking without warning. Acts of harassment through social media can and will result in immediate removal from Substack, Tik Tok, and other Kore Books LLC affiliated mediums without question.
+ We kindly ask you follow the VALUE model of engagement when interacting with Robin or the Kore Books Community.

12. Modifications and Amendments
+ We reserve the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing or via our website.
+ By continuing to purchase our books or participate in our programs after any amendments, you acknowledge and accept the updated terms and conditions.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
+ These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the legal jurisdiction.
+ Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts.
